Personal Injury Claim has No Merit? — Get a Second Opinion

In our previous post , we described the case of Lori, who was seriously injured in an attack by a pit bull while visiting at an apartment complex. The moral of this story is that if you have a substantial claim for damages, but the first attorney you talk to declines to take the case or later withdraws from the case, make sure that you get a second opinion from another personal injury attorney before abandoning hope.
