He has extensive trial experience in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations, General District, and Circuit Courts in the City of Charlottesville, Albemarle County and surrounding jurisdictions.

He believes that strong and effective representation can make a big difference to the happiness of individuals and their families.
Mr. Toscano is trained in the Collaborative Law Process—a new way of handling family law matters whereby the couple and their attorneys agree to work together in resolving the issues by strategies that do not involve adversarial approaches and litigation. Collaborative Divorce offers an alternative to traditional litigation and conflict, and may be a more productive way to bring resolution to disputes.
